Vertical machining center refers to a machining center with the spindle axis perpendicular to the worktable, mainly suitable for processing complex parts such as plates, disks, molds, and small shells. Vertical machining centers can complete processes such as milling, boring, drilling, threading, and cutting threads.

Main Accessories
Linear roller guide, electric spindle, spindle oil cooler, and high-precision ball screw (such as Taiwan's HIWIN or Japan's THK) are adopted. The diameter is usually Ø40mm, and high-end models adopt hollow screws for oil cooling to prevent heating and deformation during high-speed movement. Both ends of the screw are equipped with P4-grade precision angular contact ball bearings (such as Japan's NSK)
All three axes utilize AC servo motors, and the Z axis features a brake function.
